Orders placed on PatriotResaleFinds.com are PRF transactions processed through Stripe. If you believe an item needs to be returned, contact [email protected] with the PRF SKU and order information before shipping anything back so PRF can confirm the return instructions that apply to the order.
Return the same item and contents
When a return is authorized, return the same product, serial-numbered unit where applicable, and the included accessories or contents received. The item should be protected for return transit in packaging appropriate to its size and condition.
One-off inventory
Many PRF products are one-off resale items. An identical replacement may not be available, so an approved remedy may differ from a conventional retail exchange.
Separate marketplace orders
If an order was placed through eBay or another marketplace rather than PatriotResaleFinds.com, use that marketplace order record and its applicable return process for that transaction.
