Weekly Friday shipping cycle
PRF schedules paid orders for its weekly Friday shipment cycle. Orders received after the prior Friday pickup are prepared for the next Friday shipment cycle. Carrier transit time begins after the package is accepted by the carrier, and tracking is provided when available.
Returns
Because PRF sells one-off and condition-specific inventory, contact [email protected] with your PRF SKU and order information before sending an item back. Any authorized return must include the same item, serial-numbered unit where applicable, and the accessories or contents supplied with the order.
eBay purchases
PRF also maintains a separate eBay marketplace presence. An order placed on eBay remains governed by the terms and order tools shown on that marketplace transaction; eBay is not required to shop or purchase from the PRF website.
